All items are carefully packaged before they are shipped. If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact us directly through this website or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order.
We currently only ship to residents living in the United States.
Products are shipped out on Thursdays through USPS first class mail and generally take 2-5 business days to arrive.
We include a tracking number and delivery confirmation. The tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped.
If your shipping address is not up-to-date and is returned to us, you are responsible for additional shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for lost items if they show as Delivered to the address you provided.
If you would like faster shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, etc. please e-mail us at email@example.com BEFORE you purchase as these are NOT included in our basic shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges before items are shipped.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delivered packages to an incorrect address. If you would like to insure your order, please contact us to adjust shipping cost. Please contact the USPS for lost packages.
